Getting Started

To get started with a Guam divorce, you will need to do three things.

1.  Fill out the questionnaire below and hit the submit button, This will provide us with the information we need to prepare your Guam divorce papers. We may later ask you for additional information about your children and property. 

2.  We will then contact you, so that you can make payment.

3. You may need to assist us in preparing your Guam divorce documents by making sure we have all the information we need.

That's to get started. After that you will need to get the papers signed by your spouse and plan your trip to Guam.

However, if you fully follow our instructions, and we cannot obtain a divorce for you, we will refund any fees you paid to us.   Otherwise, all fees are non refundable once we begin drafting documents for you.
